Children With Physical and Learning Disabilities
One Company, One Complete Homecare Solution

Children With Physical and Learning Disabilities
Contact Care provides quality person-centred care to children with physical and intellectual disabilities in their home or in a community residential settings. We follow a social care model of delivery as defined by the Philosophy of Independent Living.
We ensure that our services are tailored to our clients’ needs by carrying out a comprehensive assessment. The assessment process allows our case manager to establish the child’s abilities and areas they may need support. We adapt a holistic approach by seeking input from you, your child and any key workers involved. All activities are risk assessed to ensure safety for your child. Your assigned case manager will develop a person centred care plan to guide our team to ensure that your child gets the best possible benefit of our service.
Our Team will work with local social care, education and other stakeholders to provide each child with positive, healthy outcomes that meet all their needs.
Our staff have broad range of experience and qualifications such as:
- Social Care workers
- Applied behaviour analysists
- Intellectual disabilities nurses
- Health Care assistants
All staff are fully Garda Vetted, insured, reference checked and are regulated under Contact Care’s governance structure.
Contact Care is an approved provider of homecare services for the HSE and charitable organisations.
